WTTU Instructor Training

WTTU Instructor Training Program
All WTTU Instructors are students of the WTTU's International "Instructor Training Program". Instructors train on a weekly basis practicing the current curriculum and the delivery of the instruction. Instructors are broken into 4 or more Levels

Level Zero: Trainee Instructor has become enrolled in the Instructor training program. Is Currently training weekly to master curriculum and instructional skills.

Level One: Certified Trainer has completed over 100 Hours of intern classroom hours and a Regional Camps including Instructional Testing under supervision of National and Regional Representatives. Certified trainers continue to train on a weekly basis on curriculum and instructional skills including assiting in training Level Zero Instructors.

Level Two: Specialty Certified Instructors have Completed over 200 Hours of interm classroom hours and Two Regional Camps including Instructional Testing under supervison of National and Regional Representatives. Specialty Certified Instructors continue to train on a weekly basis on curriculum and instructional skills including assiting in training Level Zero and One Instructors.

Level Three: Certifed Instructors have completed over 300 Hours of interm classroom hours and Three Regional Camps including Instructional Testing under supervison of National and Regional Representatives. Specialty Certified Instructors continue to train on a weekly basis on curriculum and instructional skills including assiting in training Level Zero to Two Instructors.

Certified instructors continue on to train in the WTTU's Train the Trainer Program, and Selected Instructors may train to become Regional or National Representatives.
